Often starting secondary school is the first time your child will have to use public transport. You may find it useful to download the Pupil Guide to Public Transport leaflet as it has some useful information on how to use public transport and also looks at acceptable behaviour.

Travelling sustainably by walking, cycling or using public transport can encourage active and healthy lifestyles and can help to keep pupils focused and attentive in the classroom. Travelling to school is an important part of school life for all pupils and planning the journey carefully can assist in a hassle free journey to school.
